UK based Insurance business part of a General Insurer seeks to attract an Assistant Management Accountant to their growing Finance team.


What you will be doing:

The delivery of the Syndicate Trial Balance including completion of all technical and annual accounting journals and reconciliations but you will also be responsible for the delivery of the Service Company Trial Balance.

Expense Reporting and the creation of the Expense Scorecard with analysis and completion of annual expense budget and quarterly forecasts.

Assist in migration of the current Underwriting reporting environment and provide more robust Management Information systems and an analytical environment.

The successful candidate:

Ideally you will be Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA (or AAT qualified or equivalent), you should have good Financial and Management accounting experience ideally from within Financial Services or a Corporate environment within Industry will be considered.

You should have excellent Excel skills and be able to work under own initiative to meet tight deadlines, all combined with with good communication skills.
