Fantastic technical opportunity to utilise your Underwriting experience as the most Senior technical referral point in the Region.
With the highest authority in the Region you will accept and review general Insurance risks in line with Company philosophy.
As well as handling your own portfolio of the most complex cases you will support the Team Leaders in enabling them and their teams to delivery of a quality and efficient service. Helping ensure that Best Practice is implemented and embedded across the department
You will be the final referral and escalation point for all staff within the Region and liaise with Head Office for complex cases outside the Regions authority when appropriate.
You will deal with the most complex cases and key clients to ensure service levels are met. Also provide Technical input and sign off of referred complaints and advice on fraud.
You will manage the planned delivery of technical referral and training sessions in conjunction with Team Leaders and training co-ordinators. Also co-ordinate quality audits of individuals and undertake including Client visits when required.
Experience
• Handling complex cases to a high level.
• Proven ability in developing key working relationships and effective implementation of technical policy.
