Motor Claims Negotiator
£17K - £22K, Chelmsford
A challenging technical role within the Motor claims department to provide an effective and efficient claims service, maintaining the highest levels of customer care whilst ensuring the company's own strict service standards, FSA regulations and legal principles are adhered to.
The emphasis is to provide technical expertise on all fleet motor claims including Accidental Damage, Third Party, Total Loss, Fire, Theft, Credit Hire and Recoveries.
Also to build and maintain the client / broker relationships whilst successfully negotiating the claim and reaching settlement within a timely manner.
Candidates will need:
Good all round motor / fleet claims knowledge
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
