Our Client provides volume legal services to a range of clients including leading banks, building societies, insurance companies, self-insured organisations in private and public sectors, insurance brokers and major PLC's.
The claims management team handle defendant personal injury litigation cases. This is a successful team with a proven track record in winning new work.

Key responsibilities:
We are looking for Paralegals who will be primarily involved in road traffic accident cases (mainly litigated).
This is a varied role and you will need to be able to manage a caseload of fast track litigated files.
You will have daily contact with case managers to ensure fast and effective resolution of claims.
Skills and experience:
Ideally you will have at least 1 years of experience of RTA personal injury claims including litigation.
You may have studied for ILEX although candidates with a proven track record of handling claims would be of equal interest as would those who have completed the LPC.
Key competencies:
You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be a team player. You will feel comfortable dealing with clients and willing to adapt your work methods to meet client needs.
