This role is part of the Change Management team who work closely with the various business areas and the IT department to deliver IT and process change.
The main focus of the Project Manager's role will be to take ownership of projects and ensure successful delivery.
This role requires a proactive approach to ensure ideas are challenged, change requests are valid and appropriate and delivery is by the most effective and efficient means, projects in the past have included IT based system changes such as website development and process changes to improve individual effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Working with the business to understand and analyse their requirements
• Work with the business to generate ideas and plans for projects either through an initial brief or workshop
• Plan and manage the timely delivery of projects
• Coordinating with the IT department to deliver effective business solutions
• Providing input to major change projects as appropriate
• Create business case and feasibility studies were required
• Have a thorough understanding of business processes and be able to identify areas for process improvement

This is a six month ixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
