Key Responsibilities
• Dealing efficiently with renewals and mid term referrals
• Daily interaction with brokers
• Regular discussions with internal Underwriters
• Opportunities to take ownership of projects
• Progressing through the training schedule
Person Specification
• Ideally a graduate with experience of working in a professional environment, preferably financial services
• The ability to develop a thorough underwriting knowledge and then make accurate, clear underwriting decisions
• Excellent telephone manner and inter-personal skills to develop close rapport with brokers
• Team player with good work rate
• Applicants must demonstrate a high level of drive and enthusiasm
