Client Account Executive
£30,000 - £35,000, Ipswich
An extremely successful and expanding European organisation involved in insurance and risk management with operations across the continent is continuing to expand and is looking to recruit a Client Account Executive.
As a market leader they are winning clients and opening new offices throughout Europe. Regularly working with leading Global brand names as clients, they have established a position of industry leadership for providing niche services and expertise, including for claims handling, vehicle inspection and consultancy services.
Due to continuing expansion another Account Executive is required to take full responsibility for the relationship with selected key clients. This is a role that will require the successful candidate to spend time working closely with their clients in countries across Europe – sometimes at relatively short notice.
Main responsibilities will include:
Working with the claims and local management teams to identify client issues and initiate remedial activity.
Liaise regularly with the client’s principals to ensure good communication, awareness of issues arising, in order to maintain consistently high service delivery.
Arrange, prepare for, attend and follow up external meetings with various stakeholders.
Establish and share understanding with the claims team of client related issues.
Lead or support implementation activity for new clients.
Manage client reporting within agreed service levels.
Key Skills required:
Confidence to play a leading role in overseas external meetings, including making formal presentations.
Ability to build and maintain exceptional working relationships and to develop a high level of client knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal skills including a high standard of written English.
Ability to see the bigger picture, understand how issues connect and apply strategic thinking.
Good project management skills with the ability to deliver results, on time.
