Account Handler
£25,000 - £30,000, Bury St Edmunds
We are working with a very reputable Client who are looking to appoint a High Net Worth Account Handler.
The role will require you to regularly liaise with the organisation’s VIP Clients (occasionally face to face), managing their insurances for their homes, motors and travel.
The sums insured and premiums you will be dealing with will be high, so attention to detail and a high level of professionalism are essential. You will be issuing new quotes, processing new policies, midterm adjustments, renewals and cancellation/lapses, interacting with insurers and Customers and sending accurate, timely and compliant documentation.
Above all you will provide a level of service that these individuals expect and demand so you will need to demonstrate your professional communication skills when dealing with Directors.
Ideally you will have experience of working with High Net Worth insurances and individuals already but otherwise must have a good understanding of the personal lines environment, with classes of business to include home and motor.
