Claims Auditor
£18,000 - £28,000, Norwich
The role holder will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring delivery of a high quality audit, quality assurance and continuous improvement service.
Main Responsibilities of the role:
• Implement, manage and oversee scheduled Audit programme
• Mentor and monitor Auditor output quality and ensure audits completed
• Contribute recommendations for Audit scheduling and subject matter
• Create fit for purpose documentation and supporting documents for Audits
• Oversee and support Compliance and Training module completion
• Manage projects in a timely manner
• Deliver presentations for staff
• Production of Training and instruction manuals (where required)
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of delivering performance improvement in a regulated environment, ideally within financial services.
You should have strong communication skills and be able to deliver feedback in a constructive manner. Previous training/coaching experience is preferable.
