Relationship Manager
£45,000 - £50,000, Ipswich
Our Client has set up a new Business Unit in Ipswich, promoting a new process working closely with Insurers, which will focus on providing exceptional information and services to enhance their business relationships.
Working in partnership with the Insurance Technicians you will be responsible for managing the relationship with a portfolio of Insurers.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring and measuring of individual Insurer performance against agreed service levels for quoting, placement, policy production and claims service
• Understanding Insurer requirements for information in order to maximise the proposition
• Providing the individual Insurer with performance reports and reviewing with them to ensure best service is maintained
• Escalating any Insurer performance issues in a timely manner
The successful candidate will have:
• Insurance experience
• Excellent verbal and communication skills and able to communicate well at all levels
• Must demonstrate attention to detail, with high level focus on quality
• Good ability to plan and manage personal workload efficiently and effectively
• Effective negotiation skills and influence.
