We are seeking a Team Manager for our Commercial Broking Client.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build their career in a successful, profitable and growing team within their Commercial insurance business.

You will already have good Commercial Insurance knowledge and great interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to lead and motivate people around you.

The team handles all forms of commercial products for their customers including commercial combined risks, shops, offices and property owners and fleet.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supervision of a team of Account Handlers
* Ensure that the team are hitting their KPI's and manage all resourcing issues
* Deliver regular reviews to the team and set performance objectives
* Inspire the team to deliver exceptional results
* Manage all  people issues
* Provide on the job training and technical and broking assistance
* Prepare monthly report of MI on all aspects of the team's activity
* Provide an efficient first point of contact to customers
* Check documentation completed by policyholder and that issued by insurer to ensure accurate before distribution to policyholder

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

* Good all round Commercial product knowledge
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality standards
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to provide advice and guidance, both internally and externally
